If amber is in Maintenance Mode, the application is temporarily unavailable. In this state, users may see a maintenance screen with a Retry button instead of the usual interface.

What does this mean?

Maintenance Mode is a temporary system state in which normal access is restricted. This can occur, when hotfixes or updates are released onto the environment.

Why am I seeing a yellow maintenance banner?

Search results may be incomplete right now. This usually happens when part of the search system is temporarily unavailable — it could be due to scheduled maintenance, a brief service interruption, or a server restarting.

Your data is safe. Nothing is lost during this time. Search will automatically return to normal once the issue is resolved.

Why am I seeing a red maintenance banner?

In rare cases, the entire search service may go down at once. This is uncommon and typically resolves quickly. Our team is automatically notified and will work to restore service as soon as possible.
